so whats on CinD's mind lately?...This weeks been good so far!!...

Johnny Depp is hilarious is the latest Pirates of the Carribean film, I went to watch it in Vue up in Leeds on Monday with Lisa and her friend Bessie (the assistants up there work so slow, get your acts together!!! bought a coke and queued up like 30mins but there was only like 7 ppl infront of me!!). It's mega long (almost 3hrs but worth the bum ache!!)...Made a new friend this week, Bessie, lately I've been thinking it seems harder to make new friends nowadays I'm in work, the whole 'work' lifestyle changes things and U get into the routine of just seeing fellow colleagues day in, day out...not like, uni life, where U could easily make friends and bond with new ppl. Today I managed to do alot in short space of time, had a catch up with Lisa (I'm glad I didn't end up in Hull - Phaps pay U a visit up there sn Lisa?), we shopped for a bit (CinDz is a fan of this city, Love it up in Leeds, brings back nice memories whilst I'm there:), had dim sum lunch, cinema and had a laugh with the girls...

I finally achieved something I have really wanted to grasp and get hold off for several years now! It's taken alot of effort and I've been through many emotions to achieve it but to finally accomplish something, the sense of achievement is a feeling money cannot buy >> nothing's impossible right!?
I've got heaps on at work at the moment, A student journalist guide (a 40 pager document, needing new illustrations and typesetting), newsletters, artwork sending off to print. A good work colleague left us today (Mr Paul Friend), he's off to better opportunities and I missed out on his farewell gathering in the meeting room but we're all out this Friday to give him a good send off....anyone is welcome to join us.
After work today, I got an invite up to Suz's house for late dinner (i hadn't been round to hers in ages, she had a little gathering - a slight house party :), so much food was there! Thanks Queenie, OCP and Suz for cooking, 8 delicious dishes were created (ahhh, Suz, I can't believe U did all that washing up - without washing up gloves too - eeeeeeeekkkksss!!! - you're never guna get Fairy soft hands) - it was nice to see OCP and Feng there too. It was good to do things unexpectedly this week, some things are best unplanned.

Had a massive clear out today at home, bedroom wise I decided to 'clean up my act'...ahh, I feel slightly better now.
Very cold, then wet and then sunny these days - indecisive weather!!! so all my friends and HeyTowners takecare and do wrap up warm! (even if it is Sposed to be summer) i think I've caught the dreaded cold already - in sniffles ATM (the toilet roll's right beside me everywhere I go).
