Old friends = good times :)

I finally met up with Claire after work yesterday, it had been far too long since we last met, almost two years right?...we always say "we'll meet soon" or "We'll meet up next week"...but when it comes to the time, it's either she's busy or I've made plans. It's all about TIMINGS!! Just like meeting Suz, CanD, Claire, Daniel, Leon or anyone...U could be free but then it doesn't mean ur friend is.
Life/opportunities is about being there at the right time and place...opportunities and chances don't happen often, in fact they're RARE! so when you're faced with a great opportunity, just grab it! (playing safe at times is just like reading a book or watching a film with a very predictable ending...), I'm waiting for my 'chances of a lifetime' to come my way, will i wait for ages?...I suppose there's that saying, "things don't come to you on a plate, you have to go out and make it yourself if you want it!"

Me and Claire went to The Graduate for tea, I've never been in there before, a bit too noisy for my likings. Claire works full time at The Crucible theatre and she attempted to get me tickets for The Snow Queen production, now showing at The Lyceeum theatre, but the only available tickets were for Saturday, and I'm in the TA that day! Her colleagues were so friendly. She gave me a guided tour of The Lyceum theatre, I'd never been in before!
Gosh, I haven't seen a theatre production in a while, last one was Saturday Night Fever in London, I should check out the shows on at The Sheff' theatres, even CATS and Snow White have been on at The Lyceum. She told me how Joanne Lumley was currently at The Crucible, for her show, The Cherry Orchard.

The premiere of 'How to disappear completely and never be found' was on in The Studio Theatre at The Crucible, we were given two complimentary tickets for it. It was a very bizzare production, not a relaxing show at all and during the interval me and Claire made a run!! It was quite funny, as she took me back stage and as I was walking through the corridor, I walked past one of the actors and said to him 'you was very good!' and smiled, but I was walking towards the back exit door... so if it was all very good, why the hell was I leaving!?...hahahaa :)

It's been superb weather these few days, since the clocks went forward last Sunday, I've been in a real happy mood. Good weather defin' brightens up HeyTowner's moods.
