Sushi-licious!

I made sushi this afternoon. I haven't made this in like, ages!!! I made 4 good platefuls, hopefully, I'll be taking in some to work with me for the divas. The sun came out this weekend too. Today's was a good restful day, I made a quick dash into town 11ish to get the rice vinegar for my sushi masterpieces (we did have a huuuge bottle in the cupboards - but someone must had chucked it out)...
I can't believe how fast this weekend's gone!...where does it fly off to? Just a really short post. I've loads to ramble on about but it's 11.30pm and I'm shattered so will have to catch up next time.
Loads to do at work from tomorrow, I am wanting some luck for this week's busy schedule....(sigh!)
