Weekend AHOY

This week at work is a rather short one.
On Monday, we had a social marketing training day which involved practical tasks but long discussions on what we though SM was (Social Marketing is a topic our company deals with you see, so it's important we know what we're dealing with).
Mark made (his famous) lasagne for us for Mon lunch (god, his portion sizes were huge) and like usual, it was delicious!...Thanks for all the effort you put in Marky :), he even gave up the trip to the cinemas with us Sunday so that he could slave away in the kitchen!

Facebook is amazing (yep, the novelty will wear off soon....I hope, it's taking up too much of my spare time), I'm finding so many long lost friends that i thought id never speak to again and wondered what they were up to. Friends which I hadn't seen since leaving school and now I'm back in touch with them - it's great to know most of them are doing so well too. It openes up my eyes to find out what they're doing at the moment and to be back in touch with them, revives the happy school days and jitters we went through.............(cinDz is thinking).....its strange Bcos its ages ago we all saw each other and we have all (school friends) changed so much but it only seems like 2 mins ago we were all sat in E, C block or in the Main Hall for assembly :)

Some friends are leaving Sheffield for good VERY SOON! I wish Candy and Daniel heaps of luck in their adventures and studies. Daniel's going back to HK at the beginning of next month and although we've not been out many times together, but we've known each other for years!!! He's been a very supportive frd (i'm glad we got in touch last year)....and Candy?...ahhhh, I would need a whole blog/hi-life space to talk about this friend. She's such a happy-go-lucky kinda girl - my cousin is one lucky lad. I'm going to miss her so much when she goes back to Ireland...who will go to Mhall with me? eat Nandos/ASK with me? cinema? do yoga/badminton? yam cha?...HeyTowners/friends?...we must give Candy a mega send off/farewell to remember.

Candy? I was hoping to go to the Hallam FM - After Dark, Bonfire event with you again. But I know for sure, this year's wnt be the same as last years (sigh). I'm hoping Sui-ann will be free to go this time round.
